If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or Website.

2. Description of Service

Getwellson is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers track their children's health information during illness, including:

• Temperature readings
• Medication administration times and dosages
• Symptoms and observations
• Episode timelines
• PDF report generation for healthcare providers

The App stores all data locally on your device. We do not have access to your health data.

3. Medical Disclaimer

By using Getwellson, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information tracked in this App
• In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately
• Medication timing suggestions are general guidelines and should be verified with your healthcare provider or pharmacist
• The App does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatments

We are not liable for any health decisions you make based on information tracked in the App.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Getwellson, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when logging health data
• Use the App only for its intended purpose of health tracking
• Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care
• Keep your device secure to protect the data stored in the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Eligibility

Getwellson is intended for use by adults (16 years or older) who are parents, guardians, or caregivers of children. By using the App, you represent that you:

• Are at least 16 years of age
• Have legal authority to make healthcare decisions for the children whose information you track
• Will not allow children to use the App unsupervised

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Getwellson, including but not limited to:

• The App's design, graphics, and user interface
• The Getwellson name, logo, and mascot
• All text, images, and other content
• The underlying software and code

are owned by Getwellson and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all health data you enter into the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We cannot recover data if you delete the App or lose your device
• You control who has access to your data and any reports you generate

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Termination

You may stop using Getwellson at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to:

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Since your data is stored locally, you will retain access to any data on your device.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
